We initially approached to Danson with the idea of building a new house.  Danson found a potential land which will be suitable for my situation.  He professionally drafted a proposal which detailed all the estimated cost and the expected future market value.

After we purchased the land, Danson followed up closely to deal with all the issues related to the land.  We had successfully resolved all of them and moved on to the initial planning phase of building the house.
